Oy Hedengren Ab quality system


Hedengren has used the certified ISO 9002:1994 quality system since March 1997. The quality system was modified to the level of ISO 9001:2000 in December 2003 and to the level of ISO 9001:2008 in June 2009; it was renewed on October 26th 2012 and is valid until October 25th 2015.

A central requirement for getting and keeping the certificates and our goal is high-quality operation based on customer-orientation and systematic development of this operation.

Content of the certificates

The quality certificate covers:

  • Oy Hedengren Security Ab: Import, sales, installation and service of security electronics.
  • Hedengren Service: Service of electronics and machinery and equipment and operations related to these.

Quality goals

Hedengren’s central quality criteria are formed by the company’s common fixed goals, which are helpfulness, quality of work and keeping schedules and the ability to cooperate, be flexible and take initiative. The common fixed quality goals of the company are complemented by the summed-up quality goals of the various operations. The aim of these quality goals is to manage deliveries smoothly and in a timely fashion, i.e. to keep out promises.
